Now Hiring: Passionate & Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC or CSAC-S)
Location: Richmond Virginia$26–$32/hour – Based on experience. Full-Time or Part-Time Positions Available

Duties:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients navigating recovery from substance use
- Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans and progress notes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care
- Support clients in setting goals, rebuilding lives, and maintaining sobriety
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in line with CSAC/CSAC-S requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Current and valid CSAC or CSAC-S certification (required)
- Genuine passion for helping people recover and thrive
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable, empathetic, and professional demeanor
