VCFS is seeking a dedicated Substance Use Group Therapist to join our compassionate team. We are redefining the treatment experience and need a dynamic, empathetic clinician to facilitate structured, evidence-based substance abuse groups.

Your Daily Impact:
- Facilitate daily substance use disorder treatment groups (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivation Interviewing).

- Complete necessary group therapy documentation efficiently.
- Empower individuals to rebuild their lives and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Valid License/License-Eligible: LCSW-E, LPC-E, LMFT-E, CSAC, LSATP, or supervised trainees (or state equivalent).
- Passion for Recovery: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in facilitating substance use group therapy.
- Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to manage group dynamics.
