Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards
- Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of rugs and upholstery
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure properties are guest-ready
- Handle light maintenance tasks or report repairs needed to maintain property standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during their stay
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable but will train
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and accurately
- Experience with carpet cleaning or upholstery maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
