We are seeking a dependable and organized Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Village at Unity!
The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors and coordinating with state and local agencies during inspections is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior maintenance of the community in accordance with company standards.
- Perform exterior maintenance of the community, including groundskeeping duties.
- Assist with the coordination and setup of community events.
- Support all phases of maintenance for resident apartments and common areas.
- Assist the Plant Supervisor with facility operations and maintenance projects.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, building operations, or plant operations experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
- Experience working with state and local agencies during inspections preferred.
