Unit Manager (RN or LPN) – Full TimeThe Villa at Marymount – Garfield Heights, OHOverviewThe Villa at Marymount is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team. The Unit Manager oversees daily clinical operations on the assigned unit, ensuring regulatory compliance, highquality outcomes, and a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & OversightSupervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit, including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.Ensure delivery of highquality, personcentered care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.Conduct daily clinical rounds to monitor resident status, care plans, and documentation accuracy.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care, interventions, and discharge planning.Care ManagementReview and update care plans, ensuring they reflect current resident needs and clinical goals.Monitor and manage changes in resident condition, communicating promptly with providers and families.Oversee medication administration practices and ensure adherence to safety standards.Support MDS, QA, and care conference processes as needed.Staff Development & SupportProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to nursing staff.Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.Regulatory Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure unit compliance with all state, federal, and facility standards.Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.QualificationsActive RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio (required).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or comparable leadership position).Strong clinical assessment and criticalthinking skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.Experience in skilled nursing/longterm care strongly preferred.Familiarity with EMR systems and regulatory requirements.Schedule & CompensationFulltime, Day ShiftCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits package available
