Social Worker
The Villa at Marymount has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Social Worker.
Please have LTC, social work experience. REQUIRED
Educational Requirements
An individual with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or a bachelor's degree in a human services field including, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology; and
One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
Experience
- Must have, as a minimum, one year of experience in a social services setting (in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or another related medical facility.)
Duties are varied and include:
Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, the social service programs of this facility.
Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and make recommendations on changes in policies and procedures to the Administrator.
Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of social care plans and resident assessments.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
