What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Personal Care Assistant position at The Villa's at Bellevue?
The Villas at Bellevue is currently hiring PCA's for our campus of 3 personal care homes. The 2nd shift schedule is 3pm-11pm. 3rd shift is 11-7. Our Mission is to provide our residents the ability to live independently with the confidence of knowing that assistance is available when they need it. We are very proud to offer our community and neighboring areas a safe, compassionate care option for our aging seniors and dependent adults. A personal care home allows our residents the independence when they want it while also assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) . Our goal is for our residents to thrive in an environment that allows them to still maintain some independence while remaining safe. (No experience required, we will train in house.)
The Villas at Bellevue is family owned and operated. Each member of our staff, as well as our residents, are all considered members of our family.
PCA duties include:
- Assisting residents as needed with ADLs
- Evening showers and dressing assistance as needed
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation and service.
- Medication Management
- Hourly rounds to check on residents
- Activities ( arts and crafts, chair exercises, walking, etc)

*All applicants must be able to pass a fingerprint check and drug screen. Rotating weekends are required. Must have reliable transportation!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hour
