What you’ll own Daily shop floor leadership in partnership with the Branch Operations Manager.Monitoring production output per person and resolving bottlenecks to protect delivery schedules.Training, guiding, and disciplining employees; planning overtime to match demand.Quality control operations, audit reporting, and representing the facility in regional/national quality initiatives.Metrics reporting, resource and consumable management, and basic equipment set-up with daily maintenance checks.Coordination with Customer Service and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and the highest customer service levels.Maintaining compliance with company and government standards for safety and housekeeping.Covering additional responsibilities when the manager is out and tackling extra tasks that support the team and our customers.Hands-on support as needed: operating material handling equipment, loading/unloading pipe, and banding bundles for shipment. What you bring Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing preferred).4-year related degree or 2-year degree with equivalent experience.Excellent communication and independent, well-reasoned judgment.Team-first mindset.Intermediate PC skills.
