Requirements
Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a closely related sales field.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Allstate products and services to effectively advise clients.
Proactively identify prospective clients through various lead generation methods and networking.
Conduct thorough needs analyses with potential and existing clients to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Present and explain insurance policy options clearly, ensuring clients understand their coverage.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Process applications, manage policy changes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve overall agency goals.
