Registered Nurse (RN)
The role of the RN is to supervise the Community's clinical compliance requirements and provide supervision of initial and ongoing resident assessments to ensure clinical needs are being met, while respecting resident individuality according to Federal and State laws and regulations and according to the policies of the Community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Comply with all Federal and State laws, including State regulations and Resident Rights law.
- Comply with all Community policies and procedures.
- Responsible for resident chart reviews.
- Partner with the Administrator to ensure a positive customer experience
- Partner with the healthcare staff and the Administrator to maintain compliance with state regulations and The View Communities protocols.
- Responsible for the accurate development of individualized service/care plans to meet the needs of each resident.
- Performs all necessary RN duties as required by state regulation.
- Conduct investigations of incidents and reports of caregiver misconduct to ensure accurate and timely completion. Review reports to identify trends for monthly QA meetings.
- Oversee medication program to include maintaining safe storage of medications, observing medication passes, monitoring the medication error program and conducting periodic medication reviews.
- Communicate concerns and on-going health status to physicians, families and caseworkers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the written resident record that pertains to health assessment, health monitoring, services planning, and personal care progress notes are current and accurate.
- Ensure the facility's infection control program is communicated and current.
- Conduct assessments as follows to assess resident appropriateness for continued placement:
- Annually, change of condition or by family/resident request
- Participate in the resident care conferences.
Requirements:
- Must have RN license from an accredited program.
- License status must be current.
- Must have 2 years’ experience in senior services overseeing compliance and delegation.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Salary Commensurate with Experience

Pay: $72,000.00 - $79,500.00 per year
