Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver specializing in Memory Care to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized support and assistance to residents living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory impairments. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and changes in residents’ health status using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Support residents with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and maintaining proper nutrition tailored to individual needs.
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote calmness and cooperation among residents experiencing agitation or confusion due to dementia or Alzheimer’s.
- Engage residents in social activities and cognitive exercises designed to stimulate mental function and enhance quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties including cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, and family members to develop personalized care plans that respect each resident’s dignity and preferences.
Skills

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
