What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Growth Marketing position at The Vibrant Talent Group?
We are recruiting for a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale the full DTC growth engine for a premium, high-growth consumer brand.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll sit at the center of the business—owning how the company acquires, converts, and retains customers, while building the systems and team needed to scale efficiently.
What you’ll be focused on:
- Owning end-to-end growth across acquisition retention (paid, lifecycle, emerging channels)
- Driving revenue while improving efficiency (CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS)
- Building and executing a clear growth roadmap across channels and funnel stages
- Leading testing across creative, audiences, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys
- Partnering closely with brand, ecommerce, merchandising, and creative to drive performance
- Exploring new growth levers (creators, social commerce, AI-driven discovery, etc.)
- Building and leading a high-performing, data-driven growth team
