The Role
As our Content Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage content production and release schedules for various content types, channels, and platforms. This is a non-creative role responsible for keeping our pipelines organized, our tasks on schedule, and our content releases consistent across platforms.
You’ll work closely with all members of the team to ensure every project moves smoothly from concept → filming → editing → review → final publication. Your work will directly support our ability to scale output, stay organized, and deliver exceptional content to our audience.

What You’ll Own
- Manage and update the master content calendar.
- Track all content across the full pipeline.
- Maintain and optimize ClickUp boards.
- Coordinate deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare metadata for publishing.
- Quality check and upload content onto platforms.
Required Qualifications:
· 3 years of full-time experience in a corporate environment (media is a plus).
· A deep knowledge of task management software.
· A deep knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
· Grade-A technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· A deep knowledge of AI tools and platforms.
· Career experience related to digital content.
· A familiarity with video production workflows and tools.
· A strong interest in and/or knowledge of the YouTube platform.
· An interest in the health and wellness space.
· A great sense of humor.
Salary : $25 - $35
