About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Director who loves a mix of big‑picture strategy and hands‑on project leadership. In this role, you’ll help shape and grow our eCommerce stores, branded merchandise programs, and fulfillment solutions. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and customers to build programs that run smoothly, look great, and deliver real results.

What You’ll Do:

Program Sales & Business Development

  • Be the go‑to champion for our program offerings and help others understand the value we bring.
  • Work alongside Account Executives to spot opportunities and land long‑term program partnerships.
  • Lead RFP responses and put together proposals that clearly explain our solutions and pricing.
  • Give engaging presentations that highlight our tools, platforms, and services.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, create tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead program builds from the first idea all the way through launch.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of each customer program — store setup, product selection, inventory flow, and more.
  • Track performance, communicate updates, and jump in to resolve issues when needed.
  • Review programs regularly and look for ways to improve them.
  • Build pricing models that align with both client budgets and internal goals.

Cross‑Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with eCommerce, IT, fulfillment, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the user experience.
  • Work with finance and sales to make sure pricing, contracts, and revenue tracking stay on point.
  • Look for ways to make our processes more efficient, scalable, and customer‑friendly.

Technology, Reporting & Data

  • Use Salesforce and internal reporting tools to track program activity and performance.
  • Keep an eye on KPIs like accuracy, turnaround times, and financial results.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new tech to help keep our offerings competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related area.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, promotional products, eCommerce, or something similar.
  • Experience with business development, RFPs, and contract negotiation.
  • Background in B2B sales or customer account management is a plus.

  • Confident, engaging communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid financial and analytical skills, including experience with pricing.
  • Comfortable building relationships across many teams and levels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and eCommerce systems.
  • A customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering great program experiences.
