Build a Career. Make an Impact. Become Part of a Legacy.
About The Vermont Agency
Founded in 1850, The Vermont Agency is National Life Group’s first insurance agency and has spent more than 175 years building a business rooted in relationships, loyalty, and service.
Our mission is simple:
To Dramatically Impact the Lives of Others.
We believe the work we do is about more than financial products. It’s about being there for people through life’s biggest moments—helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters, prepare for the future, and build a legacy of their own.
At The Vermont Agency, family matters. We believe in taking care of our people, investing in their development, and creating an environment where relationships extend beyond business. Many of our professionals have built their careers here over decades, and our culture is grounded in loyalty, collaboration, mentorship, and a genuine commitment to one another.
When you join us, you’re not simply joining a company. You’re becoming part of a legacy.
Your Income Potential Is Unlimited
This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential. Your income is directly connected to your production, performance, and ability to build and grow your practice—meaning there is no traditional income ceiling.

For the right individual, this is an opportunity to build something of your own while having the support, resources, and experience of an established agency behind you.
