Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Events are primarily scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays. This role also requires availability for event for setup, as well as occasional weekday evenings based on the event calendar.

About The Role:
We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented Event Supervisor to lead on-site event execution and uphold the standards that define The Venue experience.
This role serves as the primary on-site lead during events, responsible for managing timelines, directing staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail is executed with consistency and care. The Event Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the flow, quality, and overall guest experience from initial setup through final breakdown.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate leads by example—equally comfortable directing a team as they are stepping in to support physical setup, transitions, and operational needs throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown with a focus on precision, efficiency, and presentation
- Direct and support setup crew and service staff to ensure all spaces are prepared to venue standards
- Own and manage event timelines, ensuring transitions are seamless and well-paced
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members
- Oversee front-of-house staff, including bartenders and floor attendants, to ensure a high level of service and attentiveness
- Maintain awareness of the guest experience at all times, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a polished environment
- Ensure all room layouts, place settings, and event details are executed accurately and consistently
- Conduct final pre-event walkthroughs to confirm readiness, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Coordinate with outside catering teams and oversee proper use, cleanliness, and closing of kitchen facilities
- Anticipate and proactively resolve issues to maintain a seamless and elevated event experience
- Assist with physical setup and breakdown as needed, including moving tables, chairs, and equipment
- Ensure the venue is fully reset and prepared for the next event (when applicable)
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in hospitality, events, or food & beverage
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism in a live event setting
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to take ownership of event execution with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Willingness to be hands-on and physically involved throughout events
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
- Consistent availability aligned with event and setup schedule is required
