Event Sales Manager

Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for driving event revenue across multiple venues within the José Andrés Group. In this role, the manager will prospect and qualify leads, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close event sales for private and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Strong event-focused skills, including Event Planning, Event Management, and experience coordinating Private Events.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, present proposals, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management, ideally within a high-volume or destination market.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak event periods as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, event management software, and standard office productivity tools.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
