Role Description
This is a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time as a Maintenance Technician based in Florence, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting preventive property maintenance, performing repairs, and conducting inspections of rental homes.
Qualifications
- Experience in general handyman type repairs, carpentry and minor plumbing
- Experience in electrical and painting is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues quickly
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use our software on your cellphone for receiving work orders
- Tools and transportation can be provided
