Responsibilities: Strategic leadership: Own the vision and roadmap for one or more strategic mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with UX, engineering, data, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver seamless and compliant client experiences. Team enablement: Coach and guide product teams toward best practices, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Issue resolution: Lead resolution of production and implementation challenges, driving escalations when needed to maintain delivery momentum. Product development: Define and analyze market needs, develop detailed product features and requirements, and oversee implementation plans. User experience optimization: Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to continuously enhance the user experience. Business planning: Contribute to ongoing business planning and prioritization efforts, ensuring product initiatives are well-integrated into broader strategic goals. Special projects: Support ad hoc initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to advance team and organizational objectives. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years of related work experience, including 2 years of product management experience, ideally in mobile or digital platforms. Investment acumen, with a solid understanding of Vanguard’s product offerings. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Passion for technology and continuous learning; technical background or certifications (e.g., PSM I/II) preferred. Comfort with experimentation and iterative design.
