This is a full-time position based in either New York City or Fort Mill, SC, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data processing and analysis pipelines
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium and other relevant tools
- Perform ETL testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Utilize test management tools such as qTest and pytest to manage test execution and track defects
- Collaborate with developers and data engineers to identify and resolve defects
- Monitor and analyze test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements
- 12 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on data quality testing
- Proven experience as a Data Quality Testing Engineer with a focus on AWS technologies
- Experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and Snowflake for data processing and analysis
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and related data testing technologies
- Familiarity with Selenium for test automation
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of test management tools such as qTest and pytest
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
