Job Details
- Contract Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

- Other: High visibility project reporting to SVP and CEO-level stakeholders
- Lead a compliance-driven IT security project focused on credit card processing and audit documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, InfoSec, Compliance) and external client stakeholders to gather, track, and validate deliverables
- Facilitate formal documentation and client acknowledgment of audit materials
- Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy and professionalism
- Ensure project alignment, avoid duplication, and deliver cohesive results across teams
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT or financial services
- Strong background in InfoSec, risk, and compliance related to credit card processing
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects (software/hardware)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and standard office tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus
- Comfortable working with demanding clients and navigating ambiguity
- Skilled at extracting meaningful feedback and translating it into actionable insights
- Adept at formal tracking and documentation of deliverables and client acceptance
- Collaborative, resilient, and able to influence across all organizational levels
