Job Summary
The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests and employees. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
Duties
- Perform routine repairs and general maintenance.
- Maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Repair guest rooms, furniture, doors, and fixtures.
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly.
- Perform painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs.
- Maintain hotel equipment and public areas.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean.
- Report maintenance issues to management.
Skills
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts when required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
