- Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
- Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations
- Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
- Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
- Assist in promoting residents’ independence and overall well-being
- Support our mission to deliver high-quality care rooted in trust, integrity, and community
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
- Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide (or applicable qualifications to administer medications)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
