We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified, skilled in a wide range of maintenance areas, and able to lead by example while mentoring the maintenance team to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.What You’ll Do:

The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified, skilled in a wide range of maintenance areas, and able to lead by example while mentoring the maintenance team to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely and professional completion of work orders.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and guide team members on best practices.
- Perform and delegate general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
- Lead unit inspections, make-ready turnovers, and ensure curb appeal standards are met.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.
- Train, mentor, and support maintenance staff to promote skill development and efficiency.
- Participate in and supervise the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- HVAC certification (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property maintenance experience (lead/supervisory role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-focused.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
