We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leasing or property management experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.
· Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
· Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
· Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
· Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.
· Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:
· Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
· At least 5 years of leasing or property management experience (required).
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
