We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
