Medical Assistant or EMT – Urgent Care

Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow and the waiting room
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with patient questions
- Perform vitals, labs, injections, vaccinations, and POCT per provider orders
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment (exam rooms, lab, equipment)
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care from start to finish
Qualifications for MA and EMT:
- MA: CCMA or MA experience
- EMT: High school diploma EMT certification (NREMT or equivalent)
- Strong customer service skills
- Critical thinking and multitasking ability
- Flexible availability (minimum 20–30 hours/week)
