Job Title: Operations Manager (1)
Salary: $91,000
VIP (Variable Incentive Plan): $31,000

- Labor
- LMA (Leadership, Management, & Accountability) of 4 - 7 Crew Foreman
Qualifications:
- Executive Level Hire with a related degree in Business Management
- 8 years of experience in workforce or operations management.
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, and leading teams.
- Strong in managerial accounting, analytical skills, and KPI formation.
- Excellent English/Spanish communication and organizational health skills.
- Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ordinary Work:
Team Behaviors:
- Build trust and confidence with all TUF employees
- Participate in Weekly Tactical meetings and Wheel of Life
- Collaborate in and execute the Operations annual budget and capital plan
- Maximize Operations, Labor, and Fleet resources
- Communicate Fleet and Labor issues to all interested parties within 24 hours
- Share cross-departmental information unimpaired by language barrier(s)
- Advise other department counterparts on insights toward the company mission
Manager of Managers:
- Complete management of crew foremen
- Supervise, coach, mentor, train, discipline & promote
- Recruit and qualify new additions to the Operations Team.
- Total ownership of the labor scheduling calendar and deploying Ops resources.
- Grow and develop Managers through all Ops and People Dept initiatives.
- Maintain operational oversight on all crews and equipment when in the field.
- Identify and rectify system gaps through teamwork and delegation.
- Schedule and achieve local branch work-completed goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Actively promote stability through a proven company culture.
Manager of Self:
- Adhere to The Playbook

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Meet or exceed individual crew revenue targets (WK/MO/YR)
- Perform all assigned duties at or under the annual budget
- 100% Scheduling Accuracy
- All Foremen WIM & WOL met weekly
- Labor Performance (improve by 10% in first year)
- All downline employees @ 80% on standardized lexicon exam by EOY
