What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista Bartender position at The Upside Brew?
The Upside Brew in Cincinnati, OH is looking for one barista bartender to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 329 Ludlow Avenue. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, upbeat, and hard-working. We are prioritizing candidates with afternoon and night availability at the time. We will be extending bar hours on Friday and Saturday nights until 1am, so we are looking for candidates interested in late-night shifts, as well.

Responsibilities
- We wear many hats! You are not only the cashier, but the barista, bartender, cook, and bar back! Everyone on the team is completing the same responsibilities and tips are shared between those on shift. This is very much a team-oriented operation, all positions are important and flow together to create harmony!
Qualifications

*Customer service skills must be exceptional! (Being the "Upside" to the guests day is top priority!) *15-35 hours a week. *Previous barista experience is required at this time. *Previous bartending experience is not required, but helpful. *Must be over the age of 21. * Must have weekend availability (requiring this from EVERYONE on staff makes it so that requests off are always accepted and covered)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $19.00/hour.
