🔎 About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized Account Coordinator to support the sales strategy and retail execution for a portfolio of vendor partners—primarily with Target. You’ll help manage item setup and data accuracy, drive digital content optimization, and ensure smooth product launches.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and finds satisfaction in making things work behind the scenes.
💼 What You’ll Do:
✅ Support day-to-day sales operations and retailer communication
✅ Own end-to-end item setup, product data, and lifecycle tracking
✅ Maintain and optimize digital product content (images, video, copy)
✅ Coordinate seasonal transitions, line reviews, and sample submissions
✅ Monitor vendor systems and follow up on key sales actions
✅ Pitch in on high-priority projects and office operations
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2 years in retail account coordination or sales support
✔️ Direct experience with Target (corporate retail or vendor side)
✔️ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data organization, etc.)
✔️ Proficient with Target systems like POL, Item360 or similar
✔️ Clear communicator, problem-solver, and team player
✔️ Self-starter who thrives on structure, accuracy, and follow-through
