Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Manage merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Conduct product demos and upsell additional services or products to customers
- Maintain proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Handle retail sales efficiently, ensuring accurate cash register operations and balancing at shift end
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
