We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Print Specialist / Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines sales, print production, and customer service, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creativity and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their print, shipping, and business service needs.
- Operate and maintain printing, finishing, and design equipment (copiers, printers, binding, laminating, etc.).
- Create, prepare, and process digital print files with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise customers on print solutions, design options, and finishing services to best meet their needs.
- Proactively promote UPS Store services to walk-in customers and business clients.
- Assist with packing, shipping, mailbox services, and other in-store solutions as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in printing, graphic design, or customer service preferred (but not required — we’re willing to train the right person).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for helping customers and growing business.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
