Duties

• Greet customers warmly and determine their printing, shipping, or retail needs with clear communication
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Assist customers with product demos, explaining printing options, and upselling additional services or merchandise
• Manage stock levels by merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure a neat and organized store layout
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions
• Support supervising staff by helping oversee daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Conduct product demos to educate customers on available printing solutions and promotional offers
• Skills in Photo Shop
• Wide format printingExperience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or similar fast-paced environment
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
• Experience with upselling techniques, merchandising, and product demonstrations to enhance sales performance
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices to foster positive interactions
• Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and retail calculations
• Able to get and secure a Notary
