Shift Lead - The UPS Store

• $19–$20/hour based on experience
• Full-Time – 40 Hours/Week – Weekend Availability Required

This is an in-store leadership position with a locally owned The UPS Store franchise. This is not a corporate UPS warehouse or delivery driver position.

We are looking for a dependable, experienced person who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, and taking responsibility. This is a working, customer-facing lead position where you'll keep the store running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.

We offer a stable, full-time position with opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow into supervisory and management roles with strong performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Preform opening/closing procedures, including cash handling
• Assist with inventory management and customer mailbox billing
• Help maintain and efficient, organized workflow
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

• Retail or customer service experience required
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in retail or customer service
• Must be 18
