Sales Associates

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Contact prospective customers and present products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
