*Duties*
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, provide information, and direct calls appropriately
Support supervising staff in daily operations, including supervising team members when needed and ensuring adherence to store policies.
