Responsibilities:

No two days are exactly alike! You'll help our customers and support our team with a variety of services, including:

• Helping customers: Welcome customers, answer questions, and recommend the right solutions for their shipping, printing, and packaging needs.
• Shipping and packing: Learn how to pack everything from everyday parcels to fragile, valuable, and oversized items.
• Retail sales: Recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit our customers.
• Keeping things running smoothly: Restock supplies, maintain a clean and organized store, and help with daily opening and closing duties as needed.
• Being a great teammate: Pitch in wherever needed and help create the welcoming, professional experience our customers expect.

Qualifications:

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have a friendly, upbeat attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Are reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Can multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Are comfortable using computers; Mac and PC experience is helpful.
• Can work at least 18 hours per week, including some evenings and rotating weekends.
• Can safely lift packages weighing 40 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.

Previous retail, sales, customer service, or The UPS Store experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important!
