Position: Retail Sales Associate
Type: Part-time or Full-time positions available
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with shipping, printing, and other services
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Accurately process transactions (cash & credit) using our POS system
- Keep the store organized, clean, and stocked
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone professionally
- Participate in ongoing training for skill development
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
