Job Overview:
As a UPS Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing shipments and packages, assisting customers with their printing needs, and promoting UPS Store products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a positive and efficient experience at our store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shipping, packing, and printing needs.
- Receive and process shipments, including tracking packages and organizing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operate printing equipment and provide print services to customers, including copying, binding, and laminating.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Promote UPS Store products and services to customers and provide information on available solutions.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
