Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors at the front counter
- Receive, sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Operate shipping, print, and business equipment (copiers, fax machines, laminators, binding equipment, and POS devices)
- Advise customers on products, services, and best-value options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Prompt, reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Full-time candidates must be available 40 hours per week; part-time 25–30 hours per week
- Must be able to obtain a notary certificate (or already hold one)
- Previous UPS Store, retail, receptionist, or mailroom experience is a plus
