We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. A successful customer service representative enjoys interacting with people, understands customer needs, and provides professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and customer service area during working hours
- Perform daily closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the counter, securing doors, and turning off lights/equipment
Qualifications / Skills
- Previous customer support experience or experience as a client service representative preferred
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening ability
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
