Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist in stock management by restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
• Conduct product demos to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Sell additional products based on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a grocery store setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
• Experience with product demonstrations is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
