The UPS Store offers shipping, packaging, printing, shredding, notary services and postal services for individual consumers and small businesses. This Franchise is located in the Doubletree Hotel at Seaworld. We are professional, agile and engaging.
We are looking for an Associate to join our team and help support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively and have some printing and hospitality experience. The Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to data entry, customer service, and administrative support. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the team in the form of research, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Will need to be available on the afternoon and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
