We are looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to provide world-class customer service to our customers. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
This is a FULL-TIME position.
Must be willing to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service to customers and telephone inquiries
- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customer needs and offers viable solutions
- Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Boxes and ships products when necessary
- Helps customers with expert boxing and packaging, selling the appropriate products to ship materials safely and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Phone communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prompt, reliable, flexible, and responsible
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service experience preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50LBS
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
