Job Summary:
We are seeking an upbeat multi-tasker for the position of Store Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage Employee Schedules and Train Employees
- Greet Customers and identify their needs.
- Using multiple programs to fullfill Shipping Requests, Product Returns, Printing Requests, Mailbox Signups, to name a few.
- After proper training, Prepare items for shipping; packing boxes, prepping items, bubble wrapping, applying labels, etc
- There are opportunities to advance in other areas such as Print, Notary, Quoting and Shipping, Freight, International Shipping, etc
- Must be Reliable
- Lifting and moving packages at times in excess of 50lbs
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Grad
- A Positive Attitude
- Must have Technical skills and be able to operate various programs in Windows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We get busy!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Skills:
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Must Speak-Read-Write English and being Multilingual is a plus

Shift Requirements:
90 Day Probationary Period with an opportunity to earn commissions upon passing probation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
