We are looking for a motivated and hands-on customer-facing Office Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing retail team. The ideal candidate will:
- Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
- Lead by example to deliver world-class customer service
- Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours
- Review and approve payroll and timesheets

What We're Looking For
- 5 years of customer-facing retail management experience
- Prior UPS Store Experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Higher education preferred
- New York Notary Public commission preferred
Compensation: Up to $50,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
