Position Overview

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and retail sales. The ideal candidate is reliable, a quick learner, and able to multitask while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services

• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Follow UPS Store procedures and safety standards
• Support daily store operations as needed
