Printer Operator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic experienced printing ,folding, cutting collating during the weekdays Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Must have some printing background and have some knowledge on Adobe Illustratoror Photoshop. Position includes operating vinyl cutter, Would need someone with graphic background to creating custom logos.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Coordinate the flow of printed and custom materials in a company. Send graphics files to large format printers. Print, laminate, and ship final products to our customers.
• Engage with customers through effective communication to promote products and services. Packaging.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring basic math skills are applied effectively.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable as they can assist a diverse customer base.
• Strong communication skills are vital for engaging with customers and promoting products effectively.
• Experience in product demonstrations or supervising staff is a plus but not required.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS

• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Empathizes and manages demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience
• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc
• Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents
• Takes ownership of customers' packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions
