We are looking to fill Customer Service/Retail Associate positions in our Manchester, NH location at 373 S Willow St. Are you interested in working part time 20-30 hours a week with flexible scheduling opportunities? Or are you looking for a part time job in the evenings after school, on the weekend, or looking for "mom hours" while the kids are in school? If you are, look no further than the UPS Store in Manchester! Come join our team! Starting pay is $16 to $18 an hour. No experience necessary! We will train the right person!
As a Center Associate you would provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment offering mail and package services through UPS and USPS. We offer mailbox, printing, fax, and packaging services to our customers as well.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide customers with shipping options that best suit their needs
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ability to operate all equipment, software and devices.
- Manage returns of merchandise for corporate accounts
- Coordinate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Understanding of the retail sales process and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to comfortability lift 50 lbs
- Prompt, reliable and responsible
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
