SUMMARY:
Day Shifts (40 hours per week)
You will be joining a team dedicated to helping deliver our products on all levels. We will provide all training. As this is a long term position we hope to find a candidate willing to make the same commitment to us as we will to them. Weekend shifts will be required. Our open hours are M-F 8:15 AM - 6:45 PM, Sat 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM and Sunday 9:45 AM - 3:15 PM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall we are looking for long term part time Retail Counter Representative to join an already high level team that provides overall customer service in order to meet growth goals for our business. The selected candidate will have strong communication skills and be required to make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services while recommending store solutions. A positive approach and a desire to promptly resolve customer needs will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied with a desire to come back for our products and services.
Responsibilities of Our Retail Sales Associates
- Greet, represent and provide all store services to customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and cross selling to other store offerings).
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- Ensure store shelfing is fully stocked.
- Process returns of merchandise.
- Work with other Retail Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Retail Associate Skills
- Proven successful work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
- Understanding of the retail sales process.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Track record of contributing to sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills (both in store and electronic) including capability of building emails to customers.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customer and store associates.
- Desire to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Ability to become a Notary Public and Live Fingerprint Print Scanner.
- Experience with Graphic Production and related hardware and software technologiy would be and added plus. Must have Microsoft Office experience.
- Complete training will be provided on all products, processes and systems.
